Born and raised in a small Bavarian "Wirtshaus" - a form of rural restaurant, which my husband calls a Social Club, serving excellent food! I love to cook ever since I am able to hold a spoon, gathering some culinary experience in Switzerland, Italy, and the USA. As such it is important to me knowing where my groceries originate from and how they are cultivated. I really prefer organic food, but also I am constantly looking for regional and natural goods.
